10:45- 12:00 CERP session A: “Normal physiologic birth, in-home postpartum care & breastfeeding success.” (1.25 L CERPs). Melissa Cheyney, Phd, CPM, LDM

11:00-12:00 regular session 2: Choose:

2a. Sex after Baby? Strengthening your relationship as a couple. Tove Gilbert-Morgan, Health Educator & Intimacy Counselor

2b. Babywearing. Ashley Barrett, Certified Babywearing Educator

2c. Squishtivities: Family fun. Amanda Klein, Parenting Enrichment Program

 

12-1:30 lunch break

 

1:30-2:30 regular session 3: Choose:

3a. Milk to Go—returning to school/work. For moms, Dads, caregivers. Lindsay Myers

3c. Dancing for Birth

1:45-3:00 CERP session B: “Communication Tools for Helping Nursing Mothers” (1.25 R CERPs). Sue Scott, LLL Leader

 

3:15 – 3:45 closing--candlelighting ceremony for new LLL Leaders, Drawing

4:00 clean up


 Additional information: No childcare will be provided. Children must be supervised by an adult (18 or older) at all times. A playroom and a rock and rest quiet room will be available. There is also a playground outside the building. Babies are welcome in sessions, but please be mindful of the needs of other attendees if your child becomes noisy. Continuing education sessions will be monitored for noise.
